Amish Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups grated zucchini·
  •   2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  •   3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  •   ¼ teaspoon baking powder·
  • 1   teaspoon salt· 
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 cups flour

Instructions
 

  • Grease two bread-sized loaf pans
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Grate zucchini
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
  • Dived batter between two pans.
  •   then bake for 1 hour or 1½ hours untiltoothpick comes out clean. Usually 1 hour.
