Amish Skillet Steak Supreme
A delicious mock steak that is full of flavor

- 2 pounds hamburger
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
Heat lard in skillet.
Press meat into skillet to about one-inch thickness.
.Brown on both sides.
Add a can of mushroom soup and the same of water.
Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes.
