Amish Cranberry Chocolate Biscuit Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
  • teaspoons salt
  • 5 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease the muffin tins.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in the butter and then stir in the milk.
  • Add cranberries and chocolate chips.
  • Work the dough until the flour is just moistened.
  • Fill the muffin tins about 2 /3 full. Bake for 30 minutes.
