Cheesy Chicken Stew

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ½ pound diced chicken
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 ½ cups potatoes diced
  • 16 oz mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound melting cheese such as Velveeta
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teas salt, or to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a 4 quart kettle cook together broth, onion, and celery, for ten minutes.
  • In a separate saucepan cook potatoes until soft.
  • Add to broth mixture, stir in meat, chicken soup, and cheese.
  • Heat and serve.
  • Liquid amount may be adjusted according to your preference to make it more soupy.
