Amish Butterscotch Raisin Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 rounded teaspoons baking powder
  • ΒΌ teaspoons salt

Instructions

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 cups ice cold water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix all ingredients together and press into a greased 8 X 13 in pan.
  • Mix together brown sugar and water and pour on top.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves with cold whipped topping.
