Amish Bubble-Up Pizza Casserole
This casserole is a deconstructed pizza that percolates with flavor and color!

- 8 ounces buttermilk biscuits
- 1 pounds sausage or hamburger, browned and seasoned
- 1 quart pizza sauce
- ½ cup mushrooms
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup diced peppers
- Pepperoni slices
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Cut biscuits into four pieces and toss into a 9x13 inch cake pan.
Brown hamburger in a skillet and then spoon on top of the biscuits. You don't need to drain the hamburger.
Add remaining ingredients to the biscuit-burger combination and mix together.
You may add or omit any pizza toppings of your choice.
Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees. Bump up to 325 for the final 15 minutes if necessary.
