Amish Baked Oatmeal (Fruit Filled!)
This isn't your usual blah baked morning oatmeal. This is breakfast with a fruity, cheery twist. Or bake, eat warm, top with a scoop of ice cream and call it dessert!

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 /2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Cups of pie filling, any kind
Spread pie filling in the bottom of a pan
.In a large bowl, stir together all the other ingredients.
Preheat oven.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Delicious with fruit or milk. Serves 7.
