Amish Deviled Eggs
a simple, super recipe for a picnic favorite

- 4 hard cooked eggs
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp yellow mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (for garnish)
Directions cut eggs into halves lengthwise.
. Remove yolks and mash until smooth
. Add other ingredients and mix well
Refill the whites and garnish with black pepper.
