Best-Ever Blueberry Frosting
This frosting pairs perfectly with a fluffy white cake

- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 ½ sticks of butter
- 1 ½ cups of blueberry juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cornstarch as needed
Cream the butter and powdered sugar.
Beat butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer
Stir in blueberries and resume beating on high speed
add vanilla
thicken with cornstarch if needed
Chill frosting in the refrigerator for one hour and then spread with spatula onto cooled cakes
