Chocolate Bark

Enjoy a sweet treat before the New Year!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped, dried cranberries
  • 1/ 2 cup chopped pecans
  • sea salt
  • orange zest

Instructions
 

  • In a double-boiled, melt dark chocolate.
  •  Pour melted chocolate into the middle of a bakingsheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread into a rectangle 3 – 4 inches from theedge of the tray. Place tray in freezer to chill.
     
  • In a double-boiler,melt milk chocolate. Remove tray from freezer and pour 3 /4 of the milk chocolate over the dark chocolate spreading to the edges of the hardenedchocolate.
  • . Sprinkle on dried cranberries and pecans. With a fork, drizzle the remainingmilk chocolate across the rectangle, then sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Finally,grate on some fresh orange zest. Place in the freezer until set, then break into pieces.
