Pour melted chocolate into the middle of a bakingsheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread into a rectangle 3 – 4 inches from theedge of the tray. Place tray in freezer to chill.
In a double-boiler,melt milk chocolate. Remove tray from freezer and pour 3 /4 of the milk chocolate over the dark chocolate spreading to the edges of the hardenedchocolate.
. Sprinkle on dried cranberries and pecans. With a fork, drizzle the remainingmilk chocolate across the rectangle, then sprinkle with sea salt.
Finally,grate on some fresh orange zest. Place in the freezer until set, then break into pieces. Box to gift tosomeone for a gift or freeze for later.
