Delicious Amish Blueberry Lemon Bread
Full of flavor and simple to make, this is super spread with butter or cream cheese.

- 1 / 2 cup butter
- 1 1 /2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 /2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 1 /2 cups blueberries

- 1 /4 cup lemon juice
- ⅓ cup white sugar
Beat together butter and sugar.
Then add baking powder and salt.
Add eggs one at a time and stir well.
Add flour and milk alternately.
Stir in blueberries gently and pour batter into a 9 X 9 pan or loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour.
