Honey Dijon Pork Chops With Cornmeal Breading

An amazing combination of flavors, but super easy to make for a quick supper.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • ΒΌ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • olive oil for dipping pork chops

Instructions
 

  • Drizzle skillet with olive oil and put on high.
  • Combine mustard, cornmeal, seasonings, and honey in a bowl until you get a well-combined, MOIST mixture that easily packs and clumps (consistency of brown sugar)
  • Dip each side of the pork chop in olive oil
  • Using your hands, pack the cornmeal breading onto each side of the pork chop
  • Put into the skillet and cook about 10 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes
