Easy Amish Bread Stuffing
An Amish Thanksgiving Classic!

- 10 slices of bread, cubed
- ⅔ cup cup hot chicken broth or bouillon
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- pinch or two of parsley flakes
Layer bread in 2-quart baking dish.
Moisten each layer with broth and butter, until dish is full.
Beat eggs.
Add salt, pepper, and milk.
Pour over bread and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
