vegetable oil or canola oil
· 1 large egg, slightly beaten

milk, whole or skim

ripe mashed bananas
½
cup
granulated sugar

cup
packed brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grease and lightly flour 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
In a large bowl, stir together the baking powder, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg until evenly blended.
Add all the remaining ingredients, mixing only until the dry particles are moistened.
Fill the prepared muffin cups ⅔ full and bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
