Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • chocolate frosting

Instructions
 

  • Beat pudding with powdered sugar and milk until smooth; fold in Cool Whip.
  • Grease 9x13 cake pan or Pyrex dish with butter
  • .Place layer of graham crackers on bottom and pour ½ of the pudding mixture over crackers.  
  • Add another layer of crackers and top with remaining pudding mixture
  • .Top with graham crackers and spread with a thin chocolate frosting.
