    sorry but how much is a quart of asparagus???????? It is sold by the pound in my stores.

    I usually “eyeball” recipes…picture a quart of milk and go from there. Probably a good sized bunch or bunch and a half. Or if using canned asparagus, maybe 2 or 3 cans. Same for the quart of bread cubes…A quart is 4 cups.

    Sounds like a great recipe…I’ve got to try it!
