    The Amish Cook: Barbecue Chicken Pizza

    Try this pizza, if you like barbecued chicken, I'm sure you'll like this.
    BARBECUED CHICKEN PIZZA
    4 large boneless chicken breasts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 8 ounce packages of mozzarella cheese
    ½ cup barbecue sauce
    pizza dough
    1 cup chopped green peppers
    1 cup chopped ham
    prepared mustard
    1 cup pizza sauce
    2 tablespoons oil
    Prepare your favorite pizza dough.  Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute chicken and onions in oil until chicken is tender. Place pizza dough in 15 X 10 X 1 inch pan. Spread a thin layer of prepared mustard on dough. Combine barbecue and pizza sauce and spread evenly over mustard. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, then spread chicken, ham, peppers, and cheese over dough. Bake another 15 minutes, or until done.
