Carmon Hacker of Trenton, Ohio is a great friend of the Amish365 blog and I've known Carmon long before the blog came about.  So I love to include her award-winning recipes here for you to enjoy. She and I are friends on Facebook and when I saw the post of this delicious dish, I thought I'd have to get the recipe from her to share with you.

Ah, the South sure does conjure up lazy images of sitting on the front porch with a tall glass of lemonade, fried catfish, or, well, in this case some peach cobbler.

    Check out this recipe!
