    I just thought I'd share a few more photos from my father-in-law's recent foray through Holmes County, one of the largest Amish populations in the world.

    Some late-season field work on an Amish farm.  The first frosts this week probably put an end to most of that.

    I love exploring some of then narrow lanes that thread through the Holmes County hills!

    Okay, this is a little kitschy but it has become part of the charm of Sugarcreek, Ohio which is actually in Tuscarawas County, which is next door to Holmes.  That corner of Tusc County has a large Amish population and deep Swiss roots.
