Kevin,
I loved the recipe for Coca-Cola chicken, & like you, I'm a huge fan of Coke Classic. I drank so much of it at one time that I had to ration myself to mini cokes & limit them to 2 a day.
I was wondering how you feel about Mexican Coke vs American Coke, ie: cane sugar vs high fructose corn syrup. Given a choice, I'll go for Mexican Coke every time, especially if I can find it in bottles. It just seems to have a cleaner profile to me.
Enjoy your Sunday.

Two mini cans a day...that sounds like me. Right now I am limiting myself to one 12 ounce can a day. I like the Mexican Coke in bottles a lot, it's just difficult to find around here, so an ice cold can of Coke in the morning is my "go-to"....I like the caffeine rush, the cold drink wakes me up and then, unfortunately, I cut myself off from it except an occasional fountain drink if I go to a restaurant!
