We have a lot of newcomers to Amish365 and even old-timers can't possibly have seen (and remember) every post I ever do, so once a week I like to take a trip back in time and revisit some old favorites.  Today are some delicious ones!

    Amish Peanut Butter Cookies

    Amish Peanut Butter Cookies

AMISH PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES:  I'm not just saying it to say it, I mean it...these may be the best peanut butter cookies I've ever tasted, click here for a wonderful, wonderful recipe!

AMISH BEST-EVER BARBECUE CHICKEN:  If you are wanting an awesome, flavorful chicken recipe you might try this tasty one. Click here for the recipe!

CORN FRITTERS:  I think I made these for supper once but quickly discovered that eaten with maple syrup, they could make a great breakfast as well! Yum. Click here for the recipe.

MANTON, MICHIGAN: An Amish community that allows photography?  Manton, Michigan is one of the rare Amish settlements that don't really have a theological objection to being photographed.  Click here to see scenes from this favorite Amish settlement.

    Hi There, I'm Kevin!

Welcome to Amish365, where I share my knowledge of Amish cooking and culture! I’ve spent almost three decades exploring Amish settlements and kitchens from Maine to Montana and almost everywhere in between. I’ll occasionally throw in stories of my travels, journalism adventures (I’m a Pulitzer prize-nominated journalist), fascination with grocery stores and Kmarts, and much more!
