Homemade noodles are a staple among the Amish. They require few ingredients and, really, homemade noodles are not that hard to make. Maybe a little time-consuming. Some Amish are aided by hand-cranked “noodle makers” as opposed to cutting them all out by hand.
So, what recipes can you use these noodles in? Here are four classics, plus an easy recipe to make your own noodles!
