Ham isn't the supper star among the Amish at Easter that it is among the non-Amish, but it still has its place.  Either way,  Easter ham is a tradition in the USA on the approaching Easter holy day.  And the leftover ham finds its way into salads, sandwiches, loaves, and more.  Try old Swiss Amish recipe is a great way to use up some of your Easter ham.  Try "Snoozer Sandwiches."  This is a great way to use leftover ham. Makes a delicious, sweet n sour sandwich. It is filling, so filling you'll want to take a snooze when you're done eating, hence the name!
