This is just one of these easy Sunday afternoon chicken creations that the Amish are famous for. My parents enjoyed this last weekend, so I thought I’d share it with you. They are always up for trying one of the recipes in my vast archives and they loved this one, you will also.
- 4 cups cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 /2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 6 chicken breasts
- Preheat oven to 450
- Mix saltine crumbs with seasoning.
- Dip chicken in melted butter and then roll in crumbs.
- Put chicken on foil covered cookie sheet for 20 minutes and bake until golden and crisp
