Friday Favorite: Honey Apple Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 1-inch thick pork chops
- 1 1 /2 cups apple cider
- 1 /4 cup lemon juice
- 1 /4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 /4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except pork chops Mix well. Place chops in shallow dish Pour marinate over chops Cover and refrigerate overnight turning meat occasionally. Remove pork chops from marinade Place on grill about six inches of over medium coals. Or put in frying pan over medium heat.. Grill or fry for 12 to 15 minutes, turning and basting with marinade occasionally.. Cook until pork is just barely pink in the center.
