Monster Energy Balls - Aster and Bea

As if my kids need any more energy....

Rachel decided they did or, if you spend time with our girls, it's YOU will need energy, so maybe Rachel was making them for herself!  So either way, the three of them had fun trying out Gloria's recipe  Rachel decided to skip the M&Ms and I think that is a wise move, otherwise that's all the girls would want to do is eat M & Ms.

So, Aster and Bea had fun mixing these up and putting them into balls (Bea's were more like crumbly spheres but, hey, she tried).  I remember Rachel making a version of these energy balls around the time Aster was born and they were nice to have on hand, don't know if they gave me more energy but they were nice to snac on as those sleep-deprived nights approached.

    energy balls...
