Ingredients
- 2-3 pound rump roast
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 2 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 2 teaspoons table salt
- 2 quarts water
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 /2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Put roast in roaster. Cover with seasonings and liquids.
- Cover and bake for 5 hours at 300.
