    The Amish Cook: Soft Monster Cookies

    The Amish Cook

    SOFT MONSTER COOKIES

    ¾ cup butter or margarine

    1 cup white sugar

    1 cup brown sugar

    1 1 /4 cup peanut butter

    4 eggs, beaten

    2 cups quick oats

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    2 ½ teaspoons baking soda

    ½ pound M&M’s (2 cups)

    12 ounces chocolate chips

     

    Cream sugar, butter and peanut butter. Add eggs. Stir in oats, flour, baking soda, M&M’s and

    chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place on 11 X 15 ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10

    minutes. Do not overbake.

      Wish there was a print at recipe button on site so you could print out recipes you'd like to try and not have to rewrite them.

      I made these cookies last week.
      They are excellent
      I used 1 stick margarine and 1/2 stick butter
      I made cookies using 1/4 dough. I had to press the dough out slightly to get flat cookies.
