    These look yummy! Quick question though. With the mayo in the glaze, leftovers (assuming there are any lol) would have to be kept in the fridge?

      Jill, good point…yes, there are rarely leftovers with these:), but store in a sealed container in the fridge and enjoy the next day!

        I made these today and they are AMAZING! The mayo in the glaze cuts through the sweetness perfectly. They are seriously delicious!

        OK,Jill..I will take your word and give these a try..just as soon as the pumpkin bars are gone!! We have local honey to use. A friend of our son’s puts some of his hives here on the farm in the summer. In return,we get honey!

    I have been making these for several years when the children and grandsons come to visit….still one of their favorites they expect when they walk in the door at our house!!! And they keep really well, if you do not have my sons and grandsons here….

    And I have found that these come out better out of the pan if you just use a glass 9×13 and do not overbake!!
