Ah, peanut butter. I basically can't get enough of it. Cake is something I usually can't get enough of either, so what happens when you combine the the two? You get a cake that I can't get enough of!:) And if you like peanut butter and cake you won't be able to get enough of this either. This sounds like a cake Elvis would eat. But I had a recipe from an Amish cook for peanut butter cake with peanut butter glaze. The banana part was my idea:) I remember making a banana glaze not too long ago and it was so tasty, I thought why not add some banana to this recipe also?  Yum, this is definitely my kind of cake. So the little flecks that you see in the picture on the cake aren't globs of undissolved powdered sugar, they are bits of banana. I liked the little banana pieces, but if you do not, then just beat the glaze even more to get those to a creamy consistency. Okay, peanut butter and banana lovers, go for it!
