Want to make an apple pie without a crust? Well, you've come to the right place. This came to us under the name "most unusual apple pie", but I doubt many people would be searching for that in search engines, so I changed the name to Crustless Apple Pie.
It's super simple to make and it is good!

The recipe only calls for one egg, but use two if you don't get a thick enough "dough", which will be sprinkled and spooned onto the apples.

Sprinkle brown sugar liberally on the apples. And use a square pan. That is what the recipe says, but I tried a rectangular pan and it was just too big.

Once you sprinkle the dough on top, add more brown sugar.

What you end up with is less like a pie and more like a cobbler, I think.
