I am, at the end of the year, provided with a dashboard showing the top posts for the previous year. I shared those with you recently in the Top 5 of 2017 post. But I thought it would be fun to see what the bottom 5 posts are...now, keep in mind, these are still strong performers, they are just at the bottom of the Top 100 posts (and I have thousands upon thousands of posts). There was one non-food post in there, which was surprise, the rest are all Amish recipes. So, here we go, bottom of the top!
96 -Â BEST IN THE WEST - So glad to have found this forgotten post with 5 awesome Amish recipe from western communities...there's a great meat and veggie casserole recipe, moose steaks, Colorado pancakes, and more! Click here for the recipes!
97 - MRS. MILLER'S PRIZE-WINNING LEMON MERINGUE PIE - Another one I'm happy to rescue from the bottom, coming in at #97! Click here.
Amish Skillet Casserole coming in at #98....
98- AMISH SKILLET CASSEROLE:Â Again, these are all strong performers, this one cracked the Top 100 at number 98, perhaps it'll move higher this year! Click here.
99 -  GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN - I love it, my musings about old, forgotten restaurant chains managed to just edge in at #99. Who remembers Burger Chef? Gotta love it. Click here for the whole post.
100 -Â AMISH IN THE NEWS - VERMONT, EGGS, ETC:Â A -in my opinion - kind of blah post rounds out the Top 100, an Amish in the News post, perhaps it is the deviled egg recipe in it that propelled it to snag the 100th spot or perhaps people wanted to learn more about the Amish coming to Vermont. Click here.

Kevin, I suspect that our local weather meteorologist, Amber Sullins, of ABC-TV 15 would appreciate your comment about her being a real meteorologist. She has her own page on facebook if you'd like to check her out. As much as you might like to think the weather in Phoenix stays the same, you couldn't be more wrong.

Hi Virginia....I'm not sure why I think of Phoenix/Tuscon as just having the same weather all the time....
