This is an easy recipe that an Amish woman in Daviess County, Indiana gave me for homemade cornflake candy using peanuts from her own garden. A simple, easy candy!

One-Pan Cornflake and Peanut Candy
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 ¼ cup peanut butter
- 6 cups corn flake
- 1 cup homegrown peanuts
Instructions
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in a dutch oven.
- Bring to a boil.Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter.Add corn flakes and peanuts and stir until all are coated with syrup mixture.
- Spread the mix out into a 13 x 9 dish and cut into squares.Let set before cutting.

O have made this manny tomes and it has always been a hit even though mine has never had peanuts included. . Feel free to use other flaked cereals like wheaties or rice flakes .
