These were easy to make and tasty. I skipped the dill pickle, but if you like dill, then go for it! This recipe goes with The Amish Cook column from August 26, 2024.

Like the recipe suggests, I just added some ranch, some veggies, ham and some cheese and then rolled up and chilled it.

Then, as the recipe suggests, I sliced it into "pinwheels".

Veggie-Ham Dill Tortilla Roll-Ups
A delicious way to make a quick supper!
Ingredients
- 4- 8 inch tortillas
- 1 cup Ranch Dip
- ½ avocado
- ½ green pepper
- 1 small cucumber
- ½ cup dill pickles
- 2 slices ham
- ½ cup shredded cheese of your choice
Instructions
- Spread dip onto tortillas then slice all veggies into stripsand place them lengthwise over tortillas (all pointing the same direction).
- Nowbeginning at the side of the tortillas, not where the toppings are pointing,roll up tightly.
- Chill at least two hours then cut each roll into 8 slices.
- if desired all toppings may be chopped and spread overtortillas. The above method saves time for mothers who don’t have the time tochop all their veggies.
