    Another Aster Drawing

    Published: Mar 18, 2020 · Updated: Oct 16, 2020 by Kevin Williams | 14 Comments

I'm taking comfort in the normalcies of childhood right now: watching Aster and Bea play, run, draw, or sing.  So I think that is why I am liking her drawings extra right now and wanting to share them with you, perhaps they can bring you some cheer and comfort as well.  As said this is her favorite drawing yet.  She said she really liked the way the eyes came out, and she does love drawing hands. I'm not sure what's with the funky clothing and the fact that the tree is in bright colors and the girl isn't. I won't plumb for deep psychoanalysis of it, I think she just found her colored pencils when she started doing the tree.

Aster's favorite drawing, which she completed yesterday.

I agree, the eyes are very well done. Thanks for the sharing this cheery pic, really lifted our spirits. She must be a really happy little girl by the looks of all those joyful colors.

Love her pictures. I miss have younger kids that like to draw. Teens are not much fun like that. Keep up the art Aster.

Tell here that Gail says she really likes it. I love her use of colors, especially yellow which is my favorite color. She is becoming a good little artist!

seems the fashionista may be into some plaid this season. Maybe the tree reflects the beautiful Fall foliage that Ohio can sport. Or, maybe the trees are budding out for Spring ? Keep the pictures coming, Aster

Kevin, Tell Aster I think her drawings are very cute and cheery. Both of your girls are very sweet and cute. I enjoy your stories about them too. I do enjoy your emails and the Amish Cook Site. I live around a lot of Amish. If you get chest pain or shortness of breath or a fever, please get checked out. That is nothing to fool with. Take care and stay safe.
