We usually think of autumn as "apple season" but, really, if you are like me, you enjoy apples year-round. Yes, in the autumn I go to my favorite local orchard to pick out a just harvest batch of Honeycrisp apples, but you can get good apples year-round in the supermarket. And that means you don't have to wait until September to have delicious breads, cakes, and sauces. You can enjoy them year-round!
My parents made this Amish apple coffeecake recipe the other day and they declared it quite delicious.

Gather your ingredients....

Get your mixer out

And get ready to smell the apple goodness

Use nice thick apple slices

Wow
