Amish Stuffing

Some call it stuffing, some call it dressing; regardless Amish families love it.  Some Amish in Canada even call it filling.  Whatever you call it, Amish cooks make some pretty delicious baked-in-the-bird stuffing and some pretty awesome out-of-the-bird stuffing too.  Many Amish stuffings are steeped in tradition, using recipes handed down from generation to generation like Grandma’s Best Stuffing.
