This recipe is a Mennonite favorite and, man, it sounds good to me, but Amish365 readers have not shown a lot of love for mushrooms. Still, I thought I'd share:
MUSHROOM SPAGHETTI
2 pounds hamburger
1 cup diced onion
1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 quart tomato juice
1 /2 brown sugar
2 1 /2 cups ketchup
1 ½ cups water
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown hamburger and onion; drain excess fat. Combine with rest of ingredients. Stir into cooked spaghetti. Simmer 20-30 minutes over low heat on stovetop.
