I thought this week I'd offer a chance for readers to read some of Daniel Yoder's writings. At various points over the past decade, Daniel would offer to step in and relieve his busy wife of writing duties for a week. He was a super husband to Gloria, always willing to pitch in and take part in whatever life was throwing their way. He was inventive and creative and all of those traits showed through in his writing. So, here is Daniel, in his own words, plus a favorite recipe that he would fix his family: Daniel's Delicious Waffles.
