Yesterday I posted the Top 5 recipes on Amish365 in 2018. If we expand that list down a bit, we come up with 5 "honorable mentions", recipes that didn't quite crack the Top 5, but might be poised to do so this year. Others are old favorites that just couldn't quite muscle their way into the Top 5. So let's unpack the list:
MARRIAGE MEATLOAF: This recipe has been a perennial favorite on Amish365 and it just missed the Top 5 this year, but is waiting in the wings at #6. Click here for this amazing meatloaf and long, long time fan favorite. Click here for the recipe.
TRIPLE BUTTER BISCUITS: I'm surprised this old Rosanna recipe performed so well this year. It had never shown signs of doing that well before, but it muscled its way to the #7 spot this year. Click here for these butter blissful biscuits!
Peach-upside down cake, a perennial fan favorite.
PEACH UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE: This recipe always performs well and this past year was no exception. I'm always surprised at how well this performs because peach upside-down cake just seems like kind of a common recipe, dime-a-dozen type. Just surprised this recipe always performs so well. Click here, though, for this old favorite.
AMISH HAM LOAF: This is another comfort food favorite that jumped into the Top 10 this year. Click here to see the recipe.
LAZY WOMAN'S CAKE: This recipe has been a strong performer for the past decade on Amish365, but this past year it just barely held on to its Top 10 spot. Can it mount a comeback this year? Click here for this fading favorite.
