    Amish Chicken Recipes

    Who needs Colonel Sanders when you are Amish? Chicken is cheap and easy and filling and those characteristics complete the checklist for a busy Amish cook. Chicken can be turned into casseroles, loaves, patties, nuggets, soups, and cuts of meat can be grilled, barbecued, baked, fried, roasted, broasted, or broiled. Chicken can be chopped into a salad, stirred into a soup, or used to bulk up an omelet. Chicken is king on Amish farms and it’s because it can be used in so many different ways.
